No. Photos you destroy go to To Delete first. When you’re done, review the list, put back anything you want to keep and confirm once. iOS then asks you to confirm again and moves the photos to Photos → Recently Deleted, where you can recover them for about 30 days. You can also undo the last photo from the banner at any time.

Open the Photos app, go to the Recently Deleted album and unlock it with Face ID or your passcode. Select the photo and tap Recover. After about 30 days, iOS removes items there permanently.

No. RipRoll works entirely on your iPhone. It has no account, no ads and no analytics SDKs, and it never sends your photos to any server. The Possibly Blurry scan runs on device too. See the privacy policy.

Yes. Photos stored in iCloud are downloaded when needed, so you may need a connection. Deleting an iCloud photo removes it from every device that uses iCloud Photos, and the space is freed after syncing. Live Photos and videos are sorted like any other item — tap a card to see it full size or play the video.

Kept photos stay exactly where they are in your library — RipRoll only remembers not to show them again. You’ll find them in the Keep folder at the top of the screen; open it to put a photo back in the deck. To go through everything again, bring them all back in Settings.

Tap Select, then tap photos or swipe across them with two fingers — up to 20. Send the stack to the Shredder, Fire Pit or Acid Bath. Tear, Lighter, Crumple and Smash work one photo at a time.

Yes. Tap the scope pill under the title: All Photos, Last 30 Days, Screenshots, Videos, Bursts & Similar, Long Videos (over 60 s), Live Photos, Possibly Blurry or a single year. You can also pick the order: random, newest first or oldest first.

Check the sound button in the top bar and the haptics switch in Settings. On the iPhone speaker, RipRoll follows Silent mode; with headphones connected, sounds play even when your iPhone is silenced. RipRoll never pauses your music. If you still feel nothing, check that haptics are on in iOS Settings → Sounds & Haptics.

Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the Apple Account you bought with. RipRoll Pro supports Family Sharing, so members of your family group can use it on their own devices.

The widget needs iOS 17 or later. Touch and hold an empty area of your Home Screen, tap Edit (or +), then Add Widget, and search for RipRoll. It comes in small and medium sizes and shows your streak, how much you’ve cleared and what’s waiting in To Delete.

Both are in Settings. Choose a time for the daily reminder. With sharing on, a Share button appears in the banner after each photo so you can export the last 6 seconds. The recording stays in memory only — nothing is saved unless you share it.
