1. RipRoll is provided "as is" to help you sort the photos and videos on your own device.
2. Deletion is carried out by iOS and requires your confirmation in a system dialog. Please check the To Delete list before confirming. Deleted items can be recovered from Recently Deleted during the system's retention period and cannot be recovered after that. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by accidental deletion.
3. The permanent unlock is a one-time purchase that applies to your Apple Account and can be used on your other devices via Restore Purchases. Refunds are handled according to Apple's policies.
4. The sound assets in RipRoll are CC0 public-domain recordings, and the visuals were created with AI assistance.
5. We may update these terms; after an update, the new date will be shown in the app.
